Positive: Amazing place - hidden gem near Valmiera - just in a few minutes drive, but feels like you are far away. House is big, surrounded by big garden, located in the middle of the big field, far enough from the highway and neighbors. It is quiet and very beautiful. Forest is near and you can see deers wondering at the field time to time.
